Privacy Policy

• Quote, booking and membership requests: name, email, phone number, property address and any notes you write.
• Lawn Score, lawn plan and curb appeal tools: your address, answers about your lawn, and any photo you upload.
• Gift card and deposit payments: handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Community nominations (neighbour, veteran, Pink Ribbon): your details and the details you give about the person you nominate. Only nominate someone if you are comfortable sharing that information on their behalf.
• Basic technical data such as pages visited, from standard website analytics and server logs.

To reply to you, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, take payment, run the tools you ask for, and keep our records. We send marketing email only if you have agreed to it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Asking for a quote or a lawn plan does not by itself sign you up for marketing.

Some tools use artificial intelligence. Our chat assistant sends your messages to Anthropic to generate replies. Curb appeal and lawn tools may process the photo or address you submit to produce a report or concept image. AI-generated concepts are visualizations, not promises of a finished result, and a person at Chatham Lawn Care reviews measurements and quotes before they are final. Please do not include sensitive personal details in photos or chat messages.

We use service providers to run the site: Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI chat) and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf. Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep customer and job records while you are a customer and for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. Uploaded photos and unconverted quote requests are kept for 12 months and then deleted (OWNER TO CONFIRM). Nomination details are kept until the campaign is complete and then deleted (OWNER TO CONFIRM).

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent to marketing, or ask a question about this policy by emailing admin@chathamlawncare.ca. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
